Make sure to pack the blender so the frozen fruit is on top of the greens. If you have the greens closer to the blades in the beginning, you won’t have to stop blending to scrape the little leaves down from the side as often.
Ingredients
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon maca powder
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 cup coconut water
Wash baby spinach and place in the blender, closest to the blade. Add blueberries, banana, powders, almond butter, and coconut water. Blend for 32 seconds and enjoy!
