Finn’s Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina 
  • 1 cup coconut water

Add everything to the blender and blend for 32 seconds, adding more coconut water if it’s too thick. Pour into your favorite mug, glass, or bowl and enjoy! You’re getting three servings of fruit, spirulina is a complete protein, and the coconut water is extremely hydrating. It’s a beautiful way to start the day.
