Are you a fan of cake-like brownies? Same, bestie! You are going to LOVE these brownies, I promise. These are so simple and fast to make and they taste a million times better than anything that ever came from a box. Please, do yourself a favor and give these brownies a shot. It takes maybe an hour to make these bad boys from start to finish (and most of that time is baking!).
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups All-purpose flour (I like Bob’s Red Mill)
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- ¾ cup plant milk
- ¾ cup brewed coffee
- ½ cup sunflower oil
- Splash of vanilla
Preheat oven to 325 degrees fahrenheit and oil a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the remaining ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredient and stir to combine. Pour batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Let cool for 15-20 minutes before serving.
